The Stainless Steel Top Kitchen Island Work Table with Riser and Shelf provides the durability needed for most applications... at an economical price. Made of type 300 stainless steel with a #3 polish and satin finish, this work table features a durable 16-gauge stainless steel top that's reinforced with a 1" x 2" channel running the entire length of the table, and is NSF-Approved. The coved riser stands six inches tall along the back edge. The top is also sound deadened to minimize noise, and features Boos' exclusive Stallion Edge on the front edges to maximize safety. The side edges are bent at 90 degrees for perfect table line-up. The lower shelf is made of 18*-gauge stainless steel and is secured in a fixed position 12 inches above the floor. The legs are made of 1.625-inch round 16-gauge tubular stainless steel with one-inch adjustable bullet feet to make leveling easy on most surfaces.

When caster wheels are added to an order at the time of purchase the legs are pre-drilled and cut in production to accept the casters.
