This cabinet-style work table is made of type 300 stainless steel with a #3 polish and satin finish, and is NSF-Approved. It features an extra-durable 14-gauge stainless steel top that's reinforced with a 1" x 2" channel running the entire length of the table. The top is also sound deadened to minimize noise, and features Boos' exclusive Stallion Edge on the front and rear edges to maximize safety. The side edges are bent at 90 degrees for perfect table line-up. The cabinet doors are made of 16-gauge stainless steel with recessed handles and smooth nylon roller bearing guides. The side panels are made of solid 22-gauge stainless steel. The inside shelf is made of 18*-gauge stainless steel and is secured in a fixed position 14.875 inches above the floor. The legs are made of 1.5-inch square 16-gauge tubular stainless steel with one-inch adjustable bullet feet to make leveling easy on most surfaces. Casters may be added as an option.
