The legs are made of sturdy 16-gauge stainless steel. The bracing is made of 18-gauge tubular steel and can be adjusted to a desired height. This work table stands at a comfortable 36 inches high--the perfect height for food preparation tasks--and comes with 1" adjustable bullet feet for easy leveling on most surfaces. The maple top of this work table is treated with a natural oil finish that soaks into the fibers of the wood to create an optimal food preparation surface. You can also order this work table with an optional Varnique semi-gloss finish, which seals and protects the wood, but is not to be cut upond directly. An optional stainless steel roller bearing drawer, shelf, and casters are also available to customize this work table to your requirements.
