The beautiful edge-grain wood is finished with the standard Boos Block Cream Finish with Beeswax, to seal and protect the wood. The Boos block cream penetrates deeply into the grains of the wood, leaving a silky wax barrier to lock moisture in, and allows your board to be used as a cutting surface. This finish can be maintained with John Boos Mystery Oil or Boos Board Cream. The cutting board features a gravy groove and a sturdy lip that fits snugly against the edge of your countertop, ensuring a stable surface for chopping, slicing or dicing. This maple cutting board is available in three sizes from 17-3/4" to 23-3/4" Long by 17-1/4" to 23-1/4" wide with a 1-1/4" thickness.
