The 2.25-inch thick butcher block top features edge grain construction and can be used either for food preparation or as a serving area. A stainless steel towel bar that doubles as a handle lets you keep dishtowels or kitchen tools, such as tongs, within easy reach. A matching stainless steel perforated lower shelf provides extra storage space. This classic kitchen cart is easily maneuvered on four commercial grade caster wheels that lock so you can keep the kitchen cart securely in place when positioned. At nearly 3ft tall, the Cucina Technica Kitchen Cart is the ideal height for food preparation tasks. The Cucina Technica Kitchen Cart features the Boos Block Cream Finish with Beeswax that penetrates deeply into the grains of the wood, leaving a silky wax barrier to lock moisture in, and allows your board to be used as a cutting surface. This finish can be maintained with John Boos Mystery Oil or Boos Board Cream.
