Cucina Rustica Butcher Block Table

The Cucina Rustica Butcher Block Kitchen Island combines the warmth of solid natural wood construction, a traditional country design, and a top-of-the-line 4-inch thick 100% solid Northern hard rock maple end-grain butcher block surface to create a timeless piece that will complement any kitchen décor and stand up to years of daily use. At nearly 3 feet tall, this butcher block table is the ideal height for food preparation tasks. The hefty 4-inch thick butcher block top and matching base are coated with the standard Boos Block Cream Finish with Beeswax. The Boos block cream penetrates deeply into the grains of the wood, leaving a silky wax barrier to lock moisture in, and allows your board to be used as a cutting surface. Ornate maple legs add a touch of elegance, and a dovetailed maple drawer (or two, for the larger size) provides a great place for keeping frequently used items out of sight but within reach.
