The Cucina Milano is available in three sizes and two heights. The 30 inch height is a perfect fit for dining, while the 36 inch height is ideal for food preparation or other taller tasks. Some of the steps they take to accomplish their “green” status include manufacturing wood products that emit far less carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, methane and other gases than processing non-wood substitutes; using only formaldehyde free and low emission formaldehyde gluing processes in manufacturing our butcher blocks; and having active recycling programs in place with 95% of all raw materials, scrap, and even their sawdust recycled as fuel to heat their kilns.
